Search for Retailers:Find retailers actively considering space by entering the square footage, facility type and location (state) for your property and/or the retailer name or type of retailer you are looking for. The search results will match your criteria to retailers seeking that kind of space. Contact Management System:This system allows users to save and manage searches and templates as well as broadcast emails. The data is stored on our server allowing saved searches and email templates to be accessed anywhere the Internet is available. Broadcast Emails:Once you have Searched for Retailers, you may send them an email with any information you want to convey about your property. You may create templates, save searches, attach or insert documents, and send the email from our server or yours. Marketing made easy! Excel Exports:Once you have Searched for Retailers, you may transfer all their data into an Excel file. This information can be edited and/or imported into ACT, Constant Contact, Outlook or any other contact management system that has import capabilities. Data and Label Printing:Once you have Searched for Retailers, you may print a "book" of their data that includes Broker Contact Information, square footage desired, facility type, demographic information, and store counts.
