Search for Retailers:

Find retailers actively considering space by entering the square footage, facility type and location (state) for your property and/or the retailer name or type of retailer you are looking for.  The search results will match your criteria to retailers seeking that kind of space.

Contact Management System:

This system allows users to save and manage searches and templates as well as broadcast emails.  The data is stored on our server allowing saved searches and email templates to be accessed anywhere the Internet is available.

Broadcast Emails:

Once you have Searched for Retailers, you may send them an email with any information you want to convey about your property.  You may create templates, save searches, attach or insert documents, and send the email from our server or yours.  Marketing made easy!

Excel Exports:

Once you have Searched for Retailers, you may transfer all their data into an Excel file.  This information can be edited and/or imported into ACT, Constant Contact, Outlook or any other contact management system that has import capabilities.

Data and Label Printing:

Once you have Searched for Retailers, you may print a "book" of their data that includes Broker Contact Information, square footage desired, facility type, demographic information, and store counts.  You may also choose to print mailing labels for envelopes or packages.

Users:

Our data is not licensed to one computer or user.  You purchase a username and password so from anywhere you can get Internet access, you may access our website.  Each account is only associated with one email address, so all correspondence with retailers comes through the same email.

Research Requests:

Every client may call or email anytime to find more data on retailers in our database.  If there is a retailer you are interested in that you don't see on our site, just ask and we will gladly find their information for you whether it is a local retailer or a national chain. We can even assist in the broadcast mailing list creation and editing.

Data Hosting For Broadcast Emails:

Images and PDF brochures can be stored on our web-server for your use in the Contact Management System.  This service makes it easier for you to get your information to the prospective tenants.  Prices depend on the amount of data and length of time you require the data to be accessible.
