USAGE:

Q: Who is licensed to use my account?
A: Our service is not licensed software. As long as you have your username and password you may access it from anywhere you can get Internet. Any user which works out of your office location can be using a single account at the same time.  Each account only has one email address however, so if you plan on having more than one user, it is best to purchase additional accounts.

Q: I currently have an account but would like to add states to my subscription. Is that possible?

A: States, users, and services can be added at any time. Just call your sales person or email the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

DATA QUALITY:

Q:  How accurate is your data?
A:  Every contact in our database is updated by actual confirmation (via phone or email conversation) every 120 days.  We typically run at 90-95% accurate within that time frame.

Q:  I can't find a specific retailer in your database, what do I do?
A:  Contact the Research Department by phone (706-864-9121) or email the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will help you locate the retailer information you are searching for.  If the retailer isn’t in our database yet, we will research that retailer and find the leasing contact for you at no charge.

Q:  I have a concept/tenant I would like to add to your database.  How do I get them listed?

TROUBLE-SHOOTING:

Q: Why is the person who setup the accounts email in the broadcast instead of the user of the account?
A: The contact information of the person that the account was setup for is the default email address. This can be changed to which person in the office will be sending the broadcasts or receiving replies. If more that one person in the office wants to send out broadcasts, then you have additional options:  

1) Speak to your salesperson to setup more accounts. If you do not know who your salesperson is, you may call the main office number (706-864-9121) or email the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for more information.

2) On the Broadcast Email page, click on the "Add New" button to setup the SMTP feature. You will be able to send out email through your own email server with as many different contacts as you require. The feature will only work if your email server settings are compatible with this system. Q: I am attempting to create a book in the Book Generator feature, but the page is just resetting itself and not creating a book.
A: Check the setting in your Internet browser for the pop-up blocker settings. You may also have a pop-up blocking program in your Internet security program.
