Retail LeaseTrac Partners with TheRetailPlanet.com

TheRetailPlanet.com announces the launch of its United States web services platform, USRetailCenters.com and the ShopPointTM database of major chain retailers and shopping centers. The website has been in Beta since June of last year and the FREE Bronze membership allows users access to over 900,000 shopping, retail and business centers. The site offers more than 1,000 reports and maps to users with tools and report packages targeted to specific user groups: retailers, city planners, developers, small businesses, brokers/owners and consumer marketing groups. ShopPointTM is unique because it offers comprehensive coverage of large and small centers integrated with over 1,500 major chain retailers in a relational format. Until now, center databases have concentrated mostly on the larger centers, leaving hundreds of thousands of "gaps" in the market where approximately 80% of retail business takes place.

TheRetailPlanet is proud to be a partner with Retail Lease Trac. Coming later in 2010, many reports and services will be available directly on the Retail Lease Trac site (www.rltrac.com) through TheRetailPlanet's API tools.
