Retail Lease Trac Policy

Retail Lease Trac offers the services of the research department to aid in the search for retailer contact information. Think of us as your out-sourced research department. With limitations, we can collect the elusive or hard-to-find real estate contacts for companies that are sometimes a challenge to find.

Due to increased demand, we will only research concepts that have 3 or more locations and are looking to expand. Please review your submissions for current and actively expanding concepts prior to submission.  When doing a research request, we will locate a contact, their address, phone number and email address – if provided by the contact. In some cases, a concept may be represented by a Real Estate Broker and that is the contact that we are supplied with.

If the required site criteria can be collected from the retailer contact, the concept will be added to our database per the retailers specifications. If the concept is in our database, we will check to see if that concept has a contact for the area that the customer subscribes to.  If so, we will provide the RLT Record ID # associated to that contact listed in the online database. If there is no contact for the customer’s area, we will contact the corporate office of the retail concept. If they are expanding into the customer’s area,  the research staff will get the appropriate real estate contact for the area requested. The information gathered by the research staff will be then sent to the customer via email.

Although our research department works diligently to complete requests in 24-48 hours, sometimes the process does take additional time.  In some cases, it may take several days or weeks for phone calls or emails to be returned.  As the information is obtained, you will be updated.
